1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3rr ("3rr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://3rr.asia ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 3rr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rr does not permit minors to register or use the Platform under any circumstances. Identity verification ("KYC") is mandatory and will be used to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorisation from 3rr.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 3rr or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 3rr, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly authorised by 3rr in writing.

3rr reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3rr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances, subject to applicable law.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 3rr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3rr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your disclosure of login credentials to any third party. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 3rr Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 3rr reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. 3rr may request additional documentation at its sole discretion prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days. These are indicative timelines only and are not guaranteed.
• Transaction fees: 3rr does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which 3rr accepts no liability.
• Anti-money laundering: All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. 3rr reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction that triggers an AML review. You agree to cooperate fully with any such review and to provide documentation as requested.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

3rr may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered users ("Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each Promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements ("Playthrough Requirements") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Playthrough requirements are stated in the individual Promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until Playthrough Requirements are fully met.
• Only one Promotion may be active on your account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 3rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Promotion already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be completed under the terms applicable at the time it was activated.
• Abuse of Promotions, including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• 3rr's decision regarding all Promotion-related disputes is final.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the 3rr Platform are governed by game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All slot, table game, and instant game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are final and cannot be reversed except in the event of a confirmed technical malfunction.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 3rr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's balance.
• Sports betting markets are governed by specific event rules applicable to each sport and competition. 3rr reserves the right to void or settle markets in accordance with its sports betting rules in the event of ambiguous outcomes, force majeure events, or verified data errors.
• 3rr reserves the right to limit or restrict access to any game or market at its sole discretion without prior notice or explanation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rr Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, information arbitrage, or any form of cheating or collusion in connection with sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Charging back any deposit made to your 3rr account or otherwise attempting to reverse a completed transaction.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rr Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, and game content provided by third-party suppliers — is owned by or licensed to 3rr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 3rr.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rr shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond 3rr's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.
• The legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction. You access and use 3rr at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

In no event shall 3rr's aggregate liability to you exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 3rr account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

3rr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per time period. When the limit is reached, further betting activity is suspended until the relevant period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days minimum) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the specified period for temporary exclusions, or at all for permanent exclusions.

3rr does not permit access to the Platform by any individual who is subject to an active self-exclusion order. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please activate the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from independent organisations such as GamCare or Gamblers Anonymous.

11. Termination

3rr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other conduct detrimental to 3rr or other users. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 3rr support. Prior to account closure, please withdraw your full available balance. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification, subject to AML procedures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rr is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through 3rr's complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in respect of matters relating to intellectual property infringement or confidentiality obligations.

13. Amendments

3rr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via a notice on the Platform or to your registered contact details at least 14 days prior to taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, is always available on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
